Now I'm at the Panama City airport, waiting for the next flight to Planet Hooston, and I just saw a young teenaged boy walking past with a black t-shirt that says, "Mr. Sex" in big, white block lettering... I'm gonna assume he doesn't speak English and he doesn't know what that means... :-/

This was a really awesome thing that Josie, Brianna, Breonna, and Dulce planned out... they had a surprise birthday party for a little Ngäbe girl who turned 5 yesterday. :-) She had never had a birthday party before because birthday parties aren't really a thing in Ngäbe culture, so they baked a chocolate and marshmallow cake with sprinkles, put up balloons, bought her a few little gifts, and invited the Ngäbe team over to the classroom for a little party. :-) The Ngäbe team didn't initially seem to know what to do at a birthday party, so the three of them and Dulce taught the Ngäbe team some American birthday party games, including Musical Chairs, the Limbo, that thing where you tie balloons to your foot and try to step on and break everyone else's ballon, and a game involving holding up a blanket with one person on each side, neither knowing who's on the other side, and when the blanket is lowered, the first to say the name of the person they see wins a point. :-) In the end, everyone had a really good time, and the birthday girl was so happy. :-)

So these were from yesterday. :-) Across the top is food. Breakfast was pancakes with peanut butter and maple syrup… that’s how they do in Panama, and I’ve never had pancakes like that before, but they were surprisingly good. :-) Lunch was rice, beans, and fried plantains, and dinner was macaroni with taco-flavored meat sauce with corn and cheese. Then there were some kids activities in the evening. :-) (at Potrerillos Arriba)
