A Pancake Bar
All pancakes cooked to order. Tons of batters, toppings, and mix-ins to choose from, including gluten-free and vegan choices. Things like waffles and eggs and hash browns and other lovely breakfast foods also sold. A wonderful, friendly atmosphere with classic rock playing softly in the background.
It would be called Batter and I want to make this happen.
