Pandemonium
“Your road will be treacherous, you may not find the answers you seek. You will experience betrayal, your mentality will be tested. You may not come back alive, should you complete your goal. Is Wisdom worth the trouble?”
... A nod.
PROLOGUE
"You, along with Malthael's other trusted followers, have been chosen to a search and rescue task on Sanctuary. Find Wisdom, bring him back unharmed."
Sabirah, one who had taken the Vow to pledge eternal silence in return for unending wisdom, is chosen among many to accompany Urzael to Sanctuary in hopes to find the Wisdom the High Heavens have lost.
CHAPTER ONE
“Along your journey you will find new allies. Some in less expected circumstances. Others, you will have to be cautious of. Will you prove wise enough to tell?”
They laid their first steps on Sanctuary, absent of what could happen to them, should they be discovered. There are many differences between Sanctuary and Heaven. None too pleasant.
CHAPTER TWO: PART ONE: TRISTRAM CATHEDRAL
“The new land has many difficulties of which you will have to suffer through. You may fall along the road or stay strong to last longer than the storm. Prevail or fail; Death benefits.”
To a mortal, rain is a pest. To angels, rain is something to be feared. They sought refuge in a fallen Cathedral, lost within time. They draw closer to their destination, yet further to their goal.
CHAPTER TWO: PART TWO: TRISTRAM CATHEDRAL
“Your culture is very different than what the natives of the land are used to. Though you may not agree; what it wrong is what they know. What is right eludes them.”
Angels and mortals are significantly different. One may stand for good while the other stands for right. Others, however, choose to stand for wrong. Those that do are often the damned.
