When you've gone into the studio, is there anything production people have done that you don't like? This is coming from someone that would like to get into that field and wants to build good bonds with the artists with which he works.
We do all our recording at home, and our "production people" are Logan and Joel. If there was ever anything that bothered me, I would just tell them. There has never been anything on a recording that I hated forever. For example, on "Paint By Numbers", there's a squiggly sound at the end of Logan's verse before the first chorus. When I first heard it, I was like, "No. Absolutely not.", but now I really like it.
If someone does something you don't like, you should let them know, but you should also give their suggestion a chance. Working with others can take your music to a place you may never have considered, and that can be extremely rewarding.

Pandercakes creates richly orchestrated, eclectic pop music using a wide variety of instruments and recording techniques. The band was formed by Joel Floyd and Logan Goldstein on a shared appreciation for musical craftsmanship and sonic experimentation. The subsequent addition of Desirée Richardson and Phillip Soellner focused the group’s attention towards a more melodic, streamlined approach. The name Pandercakes is a comment on the duality of popular music: appealing and accessible, but prone to demean itself in order to gain widespread approval.
