How does the cost reduction ability of semblance anvil work if I have imprinted 2 card with it, for example by controlling a panharmonicon when it enters?
Even if Semblance Anvil has two cards imprinted onto it, it still only has one cost-reduction ability and so it can only ever reduce a spell's cost by a maximum of 2.
When you start casting a spell, you look at all the card types of cards you have imprinted on Semblance Anvil, and if any of those types match a type of the spell you're casting, then its cost will be reduced by 2.
TL;DR: Imprinting two cards on Semblance Anvil will let you reduce the cost to cast more card types, but imprinting the same card type twice won't have any extra effect.

In a panharmonicon??
Topi’s Daily Card #1158: Panharmonicon
There’s a whole heck of a lot you can do with this card. Any ETB effect that comes off of a creature or artifact gets doubled, leading to some pretty impressive things. Doubling any ETB that I can think of is potent, and even if this four mana artifact does nothing itself, it enables everything else to be twice as good as it was. Eternal Witness, Mulldrifter, Avenger of Zendikar, Craterhoof Behemoth, the possibilities are quite endless. IT goes in any deck, with any type of theme. As long as you have ETB triggers to spare, Panharmonicon will just push your deck that much further.
This begs 2 questions.
1) Why did Chandra hear this annoying tune
2) What on gods earth did Nissa hear...
