How does the cost reduction ability of semblance anvil work if I have imprinted 2 card with it, for example by controlling a panharmonicon when it enters?
Even if Semblance Anvil has two cards imprinted onto it, it still only has one cost-reduction ability and so it can only ever reduce a spell's cost by a maximum of 2.
When you start casting a spell, you look at all the card types of cards you have imprinted on Semblance Anvil, and if any of those types match a type of the spell you're casting, then its cost will be reduced by 2.
TL;DR: Imprinting two cards on Semblance Anvil will let you reduce the cost to cast more card types, but imprinting the same card type twice won't have any extra effect.
Okay, so I have just played Semblance Anvil. I choose to imprint a creature with it, and the creature I select is Eternal Scourge. If I then cast eternal Scourge from exile, does the imprint mechanic from the Anvil still work, thereby decreasing the generic cost of my creatures? Or will it simply be a dead artifact sitting on my board?
As soon as Eternal Scourge moves from exile to the stack, it’s no longer exiled with Semblance Anvil and Semblance Anvil won’t even be able to discount your cost to cast Eternal Scourge itself. With no imprinted card, Semblance Anvil does nothing.
What is the interaction between Eternal Scourge and Semblance Anvil? If I exile the scourge with the anvil, creature spells are two colorless cheaper, but can I cast scourge for one mana? Does he get the cost reduction?
No, it’ll cost 3.
The first step in casting a spell is to move it from wherever it currently is and put it onto the stack. In this case, that means that you move Eternal Scourge from exile to the stack. Later on in the casting process, the game checks to see if there are any cost reduction or cost-increasing effects that would apply to the spell, but nothing is exiled with Semblance Anvil anymore and so Semblance Anvil can’t reduce any costs.

Fresh off the Semblance Anvil
This is the space I use to iterate from existing cards and mechanics towards something for a specific purpose, environment, or subset of such. While I was in the shower this morning, I started thinking about ways to adapt the concept of Prism Array into something that could be used in the deck for Atraxa, Praetors’ Voice.
Below are three of the several iterations I came up with on the spot. My goals for this design:
1. Remove Red from the color identity of the card.
2. Preserve an interaction with an environment of many colors.
3. Preserve a counter-based mechanic for Atraxa to interact with.
It’s all a bit messy and not much thought has gone into balancing them yet. Any feedback would be appreciated. Tips on how to better format this kind of post in the future would also be greatly appreciated. (Smaller custom card images? Displaying them in a 2x2 grid rather than a single column?) Art is by John Avon, and originally from Prophetic Prism (ROE). Name is also probably a placeholder.
