Alternative ways to relieve anxiety
I’ve tried countless ways to be more calm that aren’t medicine and I thought why not review them ( this is just my opinion)
Tea 9/10
While it’s completely ineffective it can be comforting and if used at the right moment perfect for self defense it can also lead to people asking if you are okay but this only happens after the eighth cup
Medatation 2/10
I despise closing my eyes so problem one and only it’s kinda hard to get past that
Rainy mood 4/10
2 dollars later I realized rain sounds don’t make me sleepy (dont make my mistake) besides that the app works wonderfully highly recommend
Breathing 1/10
I panic that I’m not breathing right every single time

The best app and it’s free helps with panic attacks but for every day stress eh
Looking up health symptoms on google -10/10
Never ever ever unless you want to convince yourself that your mild allergic reaction is actually a heart attack
Binge watching crime shows 3/10
A very effective tactic until any time after dusk

It’s really a hit or miss when just kinda anxious it’s good panic attacks eh

Can work as a rather good distraction con you will loose hours of time in a blink
