Games and Secrets - Part One
So I decided to take the time to begin writing a Pan Imagine. It's my first crack at writing about Pan so I hope it's not too terrible. I don't have it totally plotted yet, so we'll see where this takes me. Enjoy the first part and let me know what you think!
Your POV
I opened my eyes slowly as I took in my surroundings. It was green, full of plants and dirt. I sat up gulping as I pushed myself up off the ground. I nervously rubbed my arms as I felt the cool night air nipping at my skin. All I had on was my small silk sleeping gown, and that didn’t do much of anything other then hide some skin. Where am I? I thought to myself as I began to wander around the strange dark forest. It did seem familiar. It was quite lovely really, like a dream, almost too good to be true. I brought myself to a stop as I reached a pond. I looked into the water, which reflected the starry sky and myself. I slowly looked up at the bright stars and felt my mind start to wonder again. And that’s when it hit me. Wait… Am I? No way. There’s no way I’m in Neverland. Those were only dreams. I thought to myself as I looked back to the dirt and shook my head slightly. Dreams that I had when I was younger that is. I heard a twig snap and turned nervously as I leaned against a tree.
“Hello?” A rather perky voice asked from the bushes. I felt myself lean further into the tree as I tried to fall into the darkness supplied by the tree. I watched the bushes until someone stepped out. A boy, dressed in all green, looked about my age, and was quite handsome. I felt my heart beat faster as my stomach turned when I realized who the boy was. I slowly detached myself from the tree stepping into the light as I approached him.
“Peter?” I asked, my voice shaking slightly as I kept my arms crossed over my chest. I watched his eyes widen and his face break into a grin.
“(y/n) is that you? My you’ve… Grown up.” He said scanning my body gently, as his eyes filled with lust. I felt myself flush as he walked towards me.
“Yeah… But Peter, what am I doing here? This is a place for children. I haven’t been here since I was a little girl.” I said shaking my head slightly as he stood in front of me. He had always been taller then me, yet he still towered over me. His eyes were different then I remembered, they used to be filled with happiness, but now they were darker, lost, almost like he was longing for something. When I was little, I had loved dreaming of adventures with Peter, but this was different. This was real. I had never noticed how good-looking he was but I decided to shake it out of my head as I looked at him waiting for a response.
“Well darling, it seems as if you’ve been missing the island. Maybe you needed to get away from growing up for a while? I told you, growing up isn’t pleasant.” He breathed into my ear. I could feel his breath against my ear as I shivered slightly. I eyed him cautiously as I turned to face him.
“You’ve changed.” I said looking into his eyes.
“As have you love.” He replied harshly as he gripped onto my arm. I gulped as I looked at him. He smirked and began walking, pulling me behind him.
“Where are we going?” I asked nervously as I tried to keep up.
“The camp, to see the lost boys of course. Oh (y/n), how they’ve missed you.” Peter said before coming to a stop and facing me. “Oh and love, I think your old enough for this now.” Peter leaned in slowly and pressed his lips against mine gently. I felt myself melt before he pulled away.
“Peter… Why am I really here?” I asked fluttering my eyes open as I stared at him. I watched him look down and shake his head before turning and walking off. I brought my hand up to touch my lips before running after him.
Peters POV
“Peter? Peter wait up! Where are you going?” I heard (y/n) yell as she ran after me. I knew this was a bad idea. I never should’ve brought her back. But she was my little lost girl, the bravest adventurer out of all the girls I had ever met on my island. I wanted to see her. I wanted her to play with me like we used to. I stopped and turned to her confidently grinning as I stood in front of her.
“I told you love, to see the lost boys.” I said as I began to walk again. I felt her arm brush against mine as she stepped into pace next to me.
“Right. But Peter… Why’d you kiss me?” She asked looking up at me with sparkling eyes.
“Well love, I told you I’d show you what a kiss was one day. Just keeping up on my promise.” I said grinning as I pushed some bushes out of the way. I knew she wouldn’t believe me she was too smart. But I also knew she wouldn’t question me. She never had, I had taught her a long time ago that questioning someone was a wrong. The real reason I had pulled her to Neverland wasn’t because I missed her, or that I wanted to kiss her even, it was that Hook was back, and I needed her help.
As we stepped out of the brush all of the boys glanced up, letting their eyes fall onto (y/n).
“Who’s this Pan?” Felix question as he glanced up under his hood, eyeing (y/n) deeply.
“(y/n).” I replied grinning as I looked at her. I watched her eyes gleam as she ran to all the boys hugging them and wrestling them to the ground like she used to.
“A girl? Pan, we have no time for games. Hook’s here, and if we don’t prepare we’re going to be dead-meat.” Felix added drawing his breath in sharply.
“Oh Felix. She isn’t here to play games. No not at all. She’s here to help.” I smirked as I watched her laugh about with the boys.
“She doesn’t know you’ve changed, does she?” Felix chuckled as he watched her pin one of the boys into the dirt.
“No Felix, she doesn’t. And I plan on it staying like that.” I said feeling my smirk fall into a dark chuckle.
