day five of my watercolor project

my leaves seems to muddy and to light, I think I used to much water again 😐 and I don’t really know if doing my studies only with one brush is a good idea. 🤔

maybe I should additional practicing with one size bigger and one size smaller for the next practice days.

day seven of my watercolor project

coz yesterday was a holiday and I had a lot to do and no time for my project I’m doing it today.

not sure if my trees look like trees 😅 my layering ist to heavy, and not so smooth.

Everyday watercolor study

first Sorry for my bad English ^^' it's not my native language

recently I thought I needed more practice with different mediums to develop my art stile and my sketching processes.

Over days I looked for best ways how to start with my practice project and with which medium to start.

Thought the WWW is very interesting, with its different social media and networks and offers a lot more than I had imagined.

I decided to stuk with my favorite medium the watercolor.

After another few days I found a book which should help me with my studies.

it's called Everyday watercolor - Learn to paint watercolor in 30 days ~by Jenna Rainey

So I thought I give it a try and start completely with the basics and learn my medium anew.

and because I tend to forget things or see it through to completion I thought I needed to record it somehow.

so a blog on Tumblr is my way to share my thoughts, my practice and my development. Not only to share it with you all, but also for myself to see how long I can keep it up :D

so I got the book, a new watercolor paper pad and dig out my watercolors out of my drawer.

and will try to keep you updated
