I haven't had a panic attack that bad...ever. I don't ever remember having one that lasted so long. Almost four and a half hours starting around 2:30 with an anxiety build up leading up to it. I slept about two hours between 7 and 9. And I'm on duty tonight.

Ugh. I'm exhausted. And I still don't feel like I'm completely out of the anxiety woods.
