hey, would any people who are deaf/hard of hearing be able to do me a mad solid and give me some insight into their interactions in a predominantly hearing society? i’m doing a research assignment for a third-year uni class on how to improve retail interactions for deaf/hoh individuals, and it’s something i’m legit passionate about so i’d really love to hear about some first-hand experiences; i want to make this design as effective as i can!

looking for the perfect new phone to buy my mum for her birthday is the most excruciating process i have ever experienced LIKE SHE IS A LOVELY WOMAN WITH SIMPLE NEEDS BUT I WANT TO GIVE HER THE BEST BECAUSE SHE'S TURNING 60 AND I LOVE HER BUT I GOT A PRICE RANGE HERE AND MY FAMILY'S BEING LOW KEY STINGY BUT SHE BIRTHED ME AND I CAN AFFORD TO SPLURGE LIKE AAAAAAAAAAAAAA
