The greatest gift of all... || Grimmjow & Boruto
Today was the day. Boruto had been preparing things for some time now, the past two and a half weeks to be exact. He’d spent a couple days collecting cardboard for a giant cake (of which he’d pop out of), and another week building his masterpiece; the past few days had been spent decorating and a few days had been spent searching for the perfect jar. Now, finally, it was delivery time. He’d tried to learn some scroll sealing and summoning from auntie Tenten, but he didn’t have the knack for it, and time had been short, so he’d settled on using his very own manpower.
As he suspected, Grimmjow was napping under his favourite tree, and the Uzumaki was able to place the cake a few feet away and get inside. He quickly tossed a few rocks into the exposed stomach-hole before closing the cake shut and getting ready. Soon enough, through the peep-hole he saw his niisan’s eyes opening, so he waited a few seconds before bursting out of the top and popping several poppers. “HAPPY BIRTHDAY, STOMACH-HOLE GUY!”
all of the crystals.
“My, someone is curious.”
Grimmjow’s inescapable fate at Iwakiri~

Send “☼” for my muse to wake yours up early in the morning.
Boruto had woken up early that morning and had not been tired. He didn’t want to sleep anymore. He sat up in bed, looking around his room. His eyes landed on the jar on his nightstand. The blonde grinned and quickly got out of bed; he changed as quickly and quietly as he could before leaving his dorm and running towards Grimmjow’s. After doing some sneaking and peeking he found his target’s room.
Putting his fingers into a cross he summoned a few clones, sending two to lock-pick their way in, he and the last clone would try and get through the window; at least one method would work. He pressed his face against the window again just to make sure it was the right room. Yep. There he was.
He took a step back to think over his options. He cold try and cut a whole through the window and climb through… or he could just break the glass by striking it. Maybe that would wake Grimmjow-nii up, anyway. His clone grabbed a kunai before striking it against a corner of the window. As soon as the glass shattering had cleared he hopped into the room, vaguely noting Grimmjow’s roommate. He sent his clone to find and let the other two clones in.
The blonde looked at the blue-haired guy who was still very very asleep. Walking over to him, he shoved a hand into his stomach hole, still nothing. His clones all returned to the room and after a quick glance, jumped onto the bed and wiggled themselves to snuggle around Grimmjow. Frowning, he himself stepped closer to the bed and climbed to sit on the older male before whacking his head.
panteraespada:
Grimmjow was well aware of the former Tres Espada’s penchant for affection — even towards those that had personal spaces issues, or just issues in general, if he listed them out he wouldn’t get anything done in the day. The Sexta wasn’t totally opposed, hence why he hadn’t made a full attempt to slip out of her embrace, he could make a scene all he wanted but in the end it would probably backfire on him, heavily.
Predatory azure eyes met Nel’s more warmer toned ones, watching them for a moment or so before his head tipped back forward and his smirk became a little more canine prominent.
“Perhaps… Trying to make it sound like a general statement now?”
Grimmjow would keep it as compliment directed towards him and only him, since it made the Espada’s ego swell a fraction more bigger than it was currently.
He didn’t miss the surprised look on her face, he knew why she was surprised of course, Grimmjow complying to a request that wasn’t handed down by Aizen or anybody fourth or higher in command. He remedied once again that if he didn’t, someone or a group of somebodies would forcefully coerce him into a full suited and booted attire.
Taking a couple of small steps back, he paused as he was about to turn and glanced back at Nel.
“Hm..where would you like to meet back up, I’m still not used to this whole…” Hand turning as he tried to find the word. “… dungeon complex, with it’s crowded living and where everyone is…unless you don’t mind waiting outside the dorm until I’ve thrown something on?”
A smile tugged at her lips at his rebuttal, not surprised that he would choose to take it as a compliment regardless of what she said to the contrary. But then she supposed that was actually what it had been and there was really no denying it although she wouldn’t admit it outright either.
“Interpret it as you will.”
Her hazel orbs trailed his department for a couple of moments before she turned her thoughts to how she would keep herself occupied until he was ready. She was already dressed herself and had nothing else to do until the wedding but then Grimmjow spoke up and inadvertently solved her problem.
Dungeon complex...
Nel did try to restrain her mirth at his choice of words but it escaped her nonetheless in the form of tinkling laughter. The ex-Espada couldn’t really blame her companion in his thinking as the academy was a prison of sorts to some, personally she preferred it to Hueco Mundo which was as much of a prison in its own right at times.
“No problem, I don’t mind waiting for you.”
character update

Stalking Prey [Aizen & Grimmjow]
The sexta. He had been surprisingly quiet in his arrival, though of course he was now the weakest arrancar present at the academy. With how delicate his ego was Aizen was sure this was not a pleasant experience for him.
However, the time had come for the other to prove his worth to Aizen once more. It was unnecessary for the shinigami to put himself out to investigate the strangers in this academy and of course it would be better if he himself were to keep up his amiable persona. At least for now.
He had already recieved what information Ulquiorra had and it seemed both the current and former tres espadas had settled in quite comfortably here so this left only one member of his army free to create new relations among his fellow students.
“Grimmjow.” It had not been hard to find the sexta, the spiritual powers of all the espada shone like beacons among the weaker auras of the humans in the academy. “I trust you are settling in well here.”
