Here I am with the Padre, AKA Papa Georgio, AKA GRD, AKA Pops, AKA The Old Man Who Isn't As Good Of A Pool Player As Me But He Thinks He Is Even Though He Always Loses. But amazingly enough, tonight he didn't lose!!! He beat me in the house championship 😰 It went the full 15 games, and I lost 8-7. Now I am semi-depressed, and I kind of feel lost in life, but, alas, he won fair and square so I didn't file an appeal to the House Pool Championship Review Board (AKA my mom). I am a sore loser, but not that sore. Anyway he owed me $5 from losing to me in pool on Friday, and he paid up. Hardly a consolation prize, but I'll take it 😏 All in all a pretty great Father's Day with a great dad. I really can't think of anything in life that I have more fun doing than playing pool with this man. True story. I have a pretty great time even when I lose 😊 . For memories sake, my mom took this photo, and while she was snapping away she said, "Oh, I'll show these to you," and my dad piped in and said, "Well you gotta take one first." And it made no sense because she had already taken two, but he hadnt heard the snaps, but we all laughed because my dad's comedic timing is pretty great, and while we were laughing my ma snapped another photo, and this one is it.
