Egremont House (the old 'In' and 'Out' Club) Piccadilly was begun in 1759 by Matthew Brettingham. We were instructed to produce a proposal to undertake a comprehensive analysis of the building. The rare surviving 1750s shopfront at No. 56 Artillery Lane. It displays the pale stone colour that had been used here until the late 19th century.
