Ut headcanon

Papyrus is the only character in undertale to know of the riverperson's existent (like, explicitly mentions them) so I like to think that the he puts mushrooms in his spaghetti because of the line "...eat a mushroom everyday... Why? Because then I know you're listening to me."

So thats why his spaghetti tastes weird. (That and Undyne's cooking)

papyrus and sans dont have like ecto bodies in the sense you can see but they have a presence that keeps gives them shape, sans’ is chumby and papyrus’ is pretty ripped tbh

papyrus has an insane amount of control over his bones, like he can bend his joints in the completely wrong direction or if he wanted, just splay out his ribcage and wiggle or bend forwards on his knee joint, stuff like that

Thinking bout, Time Scars, Sans’ is definitely, god awful to look at. Or it was, at least, it’s, healed sorta, it helps that he’s not getting in FIGHTs all the time, but it’s still, a giant slash across his ribs, pretty much goes from his right shoulder to his left hip, about at least, it went through his ribs eventually, but not like, all the way through his spine and everything, so he can’t like split into two pieces, it just, really hurts sometimes.

Then there’s Papyrus’ which isn’t really noticeable unless you’re up close at his neck/spine and see it doesn’t really line up correctly . It’s ‘fixed’ so his head, stays attached to where it was cut off several times, but overall he probably lost some of his neck/spine, like i dunno, half inch or something.

Gaster doesn’t have one cuz hes a pile of fucking goop.

//Well, dying. Sorta the worst injury of all. In their cases, Sans had his ribcage sliced open, Papyrus had his head cut off which took some time to set in, and technically Gaster didn’t die die, but he might as well of after falling into The Core.

//For Sans, realizing that SAVEs and LOADs and RESETs were legitimate things and he hadn’t just been having very vivid nightmares and/or going crazy. He started to remember more and more about that, so he ended up having a lot more knowledge about Runs then a normal Sans.
