Where the River Goes ll Faye & Henry
Most afternoons Faye could be found at the club preparing for the nights business. But after some convincing from a few of the workers, who promised to get everything in order Faye had taken the afternoon off and found herself relaxing at the lake. Book and blanket in hand, Faye found a comfortable spot on the shore and set up camp. After laying out her blanket, Faye walked over to the waters edge and jumped in.
The cold water felt wonderful against her hot skin. It had been ages since she swam in the lake and she felt instantly rejuvenated by the waters. She swam back to the shore and pulled herself out of the water, before sitting on the waters edge and playing with the water with her feet. Smiling at the sight before her, Faye couldn’t help but wish all days could be like this,
