Where: Some cafe in Paris
Notes: Sky decides to visit her favorite cafe, but things go sideways.

Sky said thank you to the barista as she grabbed her cuppa and headed back to her table, where she had her sketchbook laid out onto the table. She took a sip of it, carefully placed it onto the table and went back to sketching into her book. She placed her hand on the back her neck as she continued to focus on before she heard someone clearing their throat and looked up to see who it was, then she suddenly felt her heart dropped into the pit of her stomach. “You,” She breathed out as she felt her mouth went completely dry and swallowed thickly when she saw the familiar smirk on his face. “I-I didn’t know you were in Paris…When, did you get here?”
Benjamin smirked as he pulled out a chair and sat down across from her. “I can ask you that exact question, Skyler.” He reached over and grabbed her cup before he took a sip of it. “I thought you didn’t want to come back, especially after what happened last time, we saw each other.” She remembered the last time she saw him, very clearly and that made her nervous. She started to twirl with her pencil as she continued to stare at him, making already an emergency route in her head and tried to calm her breathing. “I heard that your mum has a show this week and figured that it would be the perfect time to see you.” She all sudden felt like he was backing her into a corner, and wasn’t letting up.
“That still doesn’t answer my question, when did you get here?” Sky repeated carefully as she looked at him, trying not to grip the table. “Not, why you’re here, when.” Benjamin chuckled as he continued to stare at her and grinned. “About a week ago, mum wanted to go here for vacation, and I couldn’t pass it up. Figured I would see you here, since this is your go-to coffee place.” She could feel her heartbeat quickly against her chest while her breathing started to quicken and knew that there were tears started to form in her eyes. Her left hand started to hurt from gripping the table and saw someone coming towards her. “Oh hey! I’m so sorry that I was late.” A woman with blond hair, dressed in an elegant outfit and looked at Benjamin. “I’m sorry, but you’re in my seat and I need to sit down before my feet start barking.” The woman flashed Ben a quick smile, causing him to look at Sky and then stand up. “Thank you, now if you excuse us, we need to talk about wedding details.” The woman pulled out a book and placed it onto the table. “So, I was thinking of these.” Sky watched as Ben leave while he shook his head and relaxed as she let go of the table then she leaned back against the chair when he was gone.
“Thank you, so much for rescuing me. My best mate usually did it, but they’re back in the states and I just, couldn’t tell him to go away.” Sky replied quickly, taking the time to relax and slow down her breathing. After a while of talking to the woman, she said her goodbyes and made her way back to her Maman’s house, hoping that everything will go well at the art show opening tonight, to take her mind off what happened today.
