Time Heals All Wounds - Deathzoom
It had been a long month and a half to say the least, but after laying low and licking his wounds, Deathstorm finally was starting to feel like his old self again, to an extent. He was still eerily quiet most nights, his eyes now darkened by the revenge being honed behind his pupils. He hadn't forgotten what Jay did to him; how he made him suffer in blinding pain when death would have been the humane thing to do, all because of his heroes didn't kill complex. Unfortunately for the Crimson speedster, Deathstorm was no hero, and had every intention of dragging out the other man's death when the time was right. He paced by a side window of the lair in only black pants, a jagged scar cutting underneath his left pec and upper abdominals where the other man had reached through him, still not completely healed. "How are you feeling?" He asked Zoom; sensing he was nearby even if he wasn't in his immediate line of sight. His partner had been dealing with his own set of issues; namely side effects from the Velocity 9. "Good enough for a trial run?" He followed up, watching a streak of Crimson fly down the street below. He knew from the red glow this was a speedster was a nuisance from the force, and not their typical gilded opposition. Calculating as ever, Deathstorm was also curious to see the extent in which the other man was effected by the speed drug to better determine what their next course of action should be. @hunterxzolomon
