what is your webcomic series about????? how are you releasing it? tapas/webtoon????

to answer the last two, i am not sure; i know webtoon is not particularly good about webcomic creators, and i'm not sure if i necessarily like the idea about making a whole chapter/several pages a week

i prefer the old workflow of webcomics that i followed when i was younger, which was more akin to a page a week/month

I KNOW it isn't much but i really want it to be something i take my time doing. since it's a mystery, i should really make sure that my beginning and end are good, in addition to how information is presented in the middle. i want it to be solvable and something that people can spend hours making theories lol

to answer the first question, i'll save it under the cut

the story can be summarized by a fairly simple premise: what if ghosts were not people but places?

after death, people turn into ghosts, an aggregate of their memories, regrets, and perspectives on life in the form of architectural structures: mazes of contradictions, pillars built from the memories of loved ones, and more importantly, tethers to life that prevent them from completely disappearing.

paranaturalized follows two characters who have the ability to access these ghosts while a mysterious string of murders manifests throughout a busy and sleepless city.

i particularly love stories with unreliable narrators and environmental storytelling and what's better than having both at once? the goal for this story is that the viewer will never visibly see the ghost as a physical person, but i hope to convey my adoration for people, their spaces, and their perspectives in a setting that seems particularly bleak
