Dear Christopher,

I was raised being told that you didn’t want custody over me, endangered my half sister, and couldn’t stand me. While some of that may be true, I didn’t know you actually may have wanted me. Probably just for your too young girlfriend at the time… but wanting me at all would have been enough. Perhaps you could have even saved me from this fate… or made it worse. We’ll never know.
