We Canadians are a funny bunch. In winter we become speed walkers, heads down, hands shoved in pockets and no eye contact. We’re off to our destination, be it home, work, store or car and we want to get there quickly and out of the cold. Now summer mind you, we morph into shiny, happy people. Workout!!!

Park workout!!! -Push-ups all day! -Pull-ups all day!! - dips all day! Haha that took around an hour for me. There's always been something nice about park workouts. Anyway. - hour run with fifteen minute walk cool down. Feeling pretty good. I made friends with a blind woman there. Met her the first day I started working Out at the park. She was crying with a Little golden dog. I guess people Are too good to help the blind. But anyways I've grown use to seeing Her and I talk to her everyday I Can if I'm at the park. If she ever gets lost again I just help her back home. She's alright today though. She just has a busy day ahead. Also saw one of my old friends. Did A couple more laps with him. Pretty nice guy. Always liked him. Going through a rough time. Just helped him feel better and gave him an ear that would listen. Besides that all is good!! Love y'all! - Bailey
