angela!!! congrats on the ssbts score!! i'm still trying to reach 2M lmaoo the game only launched in brazil like 2 months ago? plus i'm broke and can't buy diamonds or buy those special cards packages fnskdnsk so i have to slowly collect diamonds watching ads (god bless those events where you can get high-level cards tho)

It’s spelled with an ‘s’ instead of an ‘x’ ! In other languages according to the previous ask, it’s spelled with an ‘x’ tho! (and ikr, just one letter huh) *sends lots of love and virtual hugs back* 💞💞💞

hey angela! I see that you also blur captions on your gifs sometimes and I was wondering if you could help me with something: sometimes the part that I want to blur appears later on the gif (i.e. on frame 12) and I couldn't figure out yet how I can make the blur also starts on frame 12 (similar to what you did on the 2nd gif here: /post/166005251797/). thank you and hope you have a great day/night!

okay this is assuming you use the method where you 

Convert the gif to a smart object

Convert to video timeline

Duplicate the layer

Mask the section you want to blur

Apply gaussian blur

So the example you linked is a tad different because I like animated the mask to move with the text as it scrolls up, but if all you need to mask out is stationary and just pops in after a certain flame then it’s much easier

You basically do all the steps above to blur out your captions first, and then in your video timeline you find the first frame when it pops up

now on that top layer if you hover on the left edge of it you should see your cursor change

now just click and drag from that top frame to where you’ve indicated your first blurred frame was, and now it should look something like this

and now you’re done ^^ you blurred section should only start from where you’ve set it now. Afterwards you just flatten your frames back as usual
