i think he was definitely referring to tom riddle because i don’t think he ever taught snape. Also i think snape would use the felix felicis to try and get another shot at being with lily.

no actually he did teach snape because he taught lily and they were in the same year. yeah i just had a snily head canon where in the middle of the first war snape uses it to see lily and finally gets some hint of returned feelings but then obiliviates her :c
