Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons sugar. 1 tablespoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. 1 1/4 cups milk. 1/3 cup vegetable oil. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, Parmesan cheese, sugar, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
