have you ever questioned your major? like you're a little unsure if you could do it or if you'll like it and want to have it as a career

no, never. I make photos/art for myself, not to have a career or for anyone else. I’ve always known I loved art and photography.

What classes do you recommend that i should take in high school? Like how many years of a language? And how hard should my classes be? how many AP classes should i take? What about IB? I'm also not participating in any sports in high schools cause i'm not very athletic.. will that hurt my chances of getting admitted?

parsons is an art school... we only have a basket ball team that half the school knows about....

you will not be required to take language at parsons. you may take it if you want. 

what the hell is IB?

I never took an AP class.

senior year i took an English class that all we did was journal for the whole year and were graded on how well we could journal.

Hey! I was wondering, do parsons fashion students have a specific housing they all reside in? Or are all of The New School students mixed? (I'm a prospective student for Lang but in interested in taking classes at Parsons too.) I hope you understand my question haha. Also do you choose your roommate? Thank you for your time

All new school students are mixed in. you can request someone to be your roommate but there is no guarantee.

hi! im planning on applying to parsons soon but i wasnt sure if i could submit the app and pay for the fee and then submit my portfolio later or if i have to submit my portfolio and app at the same time

Hi! I'm currently a junior in high school and Parsons has always been a dream school of mine every since i was like 8. Which is very shocking because I don't even remember where I've heard of that school. I was so glad I found this tumblr! If it is okay with you guys, can you let me know your accumulative gpa in high school? I'm really nervous mine isn't high enough for Parsons. Thank you!

honestly, I don’t even remember what my GPA in high school was. that was 5 years ago for me. Maybe C remembers hers?
