Henry has always been appreciative of music. He has a baby grand piano in his London flat that doesn't see nearly enough use.
This is a fact that Paul comes to learn when they find themselves in an American Blues house in the midst of London. It happens to be during a Jam night where the audience is invited to play. Henry of course, jumps at the chance to play the piano and drags Paul up with him. An acoustic guitar is shoved into Paul's hands against his will though his affinity with the instrument of course is slap guitar. Following Henry's lead they manage a rather impressive ad-lib of a blues song that didn't exist before that night.
