If Uther was the type, that would have been the perfect picture to show his children's dates in the future.

I like to think that the photo resurfaces some day and, despite Arthur's attempts to destroy it, becomes Merlin's most cherished possession. He will protect this photo with his life. 

Relatedly this is the precursor to Morgana's "that time I punched the Easter Bunny" story.

I kinda noticed how Barney and Robin just became meaner this season. I dunno, I'm not too excited by the wedding now that it takes 35 years for it to happen.

I'm not sure they're meaner, but I think the show is having trouble communicate their rightness with originality, especially since every episode is the same theme repeated.

(Plus it's a late season in a show, and as a tendency, esp with sitcoms, a lot of writers end up writing the parody or the easier bits of a character, because these characters have already grown. If they were to grow anymore, the show risks losing its audience, therefore: keep them the same, the same, more of the same: and they become 2D versions of people.)

She is actually in it, and probably the best part! She proves to be a huge reason why Barney and Robin end up together. So I mean, like I said in my tags, it's not a bad episode? It's just? Like? 31 hours b4 wedding, 234 hours before wedding, butts before wedding...
