First workout of 2016 for me
I have wanted to lose weight before getting back into exercise. Decided on an exercise DVD as I feel WAY too unfit to get anything out of running at the moment.
Chose Party Express, and actually really enjoyed it. Was short enough to not be intimidating, and I worked up a sweat and felt slightly out of breath, but could do the whole thing without a break. I know it’s not much, but it’s a start!
I am pleased I did it. Taken my measurements today, and although I have lost an inch or two from here and there, it’s nothing that will be noticeable enough in the photos I will take tomorrow. Hoping the scales are kind, as I think I have at least 120lb to lose, which horrified me when I first worked it out. It seems unreachable!

Want a snack or meal to go? Our Bento style box meals are just the thing to bring to the pool, tennis courts, boat, or beach. We will offer a 5 choices weekly with a vegan & gluten free option every week. These delicious boxes are also great to pack for your child's lunch this summer.

The Wilton Farmers' Market is located at the Wilton Historical Society, located along the newly expanded Route 7 at 224 Danbury Road in Wilton beginning May 30th and running every Wednesday from 2-6p.m. until September 12.
