Take her home man Missing Morgue Party!
More like every party!
How to improve on your Party presentation
I get asked all the time, "How can I improve my presentation?". There are many things that can affect your presentation in both good ways and bad. As this is a somewhat lengthy topic I will be posting (1) one solution for the next ten days. I hope you find these useful!
This is something I see all the time and very important to your presentation! Now of course, when you think of doing your shows you imagine how much better they are when you have tons of products, know the answers to all the questions, hand out or display lots about being a Hostess or becoming a Recruit, etc ......right? WRONG!
Believe it or not the best way to get more Hostesses and Recruits is to keep it incredibly simple.
- Do not bring everything because what is there left for the friends of the Hostesses to see when you brought it all the first time? This also makes your job look so much more difficult and no one will want to join your team! When people ask if you have a particular product just say "Not here but I would be happy to bring it to your party!" Not only does it make you look good as a Consultant (ooh...she has other products) but you also drop a booking seed - what could be better.
- Do not memorize every product and every price because you want people to think "I could do a better job than her." Also, I play a game by asking everyone to find it in the catalogue and the first person who does gets a ticket in the game or a small prize. I also ask someone to come up and "Be my Vanna" to demo something because this makes people imagine themselves doing your job and thus another booking seed of sorts.
- Do not overload your display with signs and handouts, etc. Not only does it obscure customers vision but it can overwhelm them too. Use lapboard/binders as a passive way to advertise all that you want them to know.
By keeping it simple you make your job look super easy and it is easier for you to carry the product and set up.
