Ingredients: 1 lb thinly sliced beef sirloin or ribeye. cup soy sauce. cup brown sugar. 3 tablespoons sesame oil. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon grated ginger. 2 tablespoons rice vinegar. 2 green onions, thinly sliced. 1 medium onion, thinly sliced. 1 carrot, julienned. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds optional.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar to make the marinade. Add the sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring it's well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef along with onions and carrots. Cook until beef is browned and vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired. Serve hot with steamed rice and kimchi.
