This coming Saturday Team Innate will be competing in various events at the Pasadena Triathlon! For the last few months members of Team Innate have been meeting at the Rose Bowl to train together and support each other in achieving new levels of fitness.
It is not too late to register and participate in the upcoming triathlon. You may compete in the full triathlon, the duathlon, or the 5K Fun Run. If the competition is not quite for you, we invite you to come cheer on Team Innate!
We view exercise as an essential part of a healthy lifestyle. Its not about weight loss, its about health. Weight loss may be a byproduct of your exercise routine, but it should not be the primary reason that your increase your level of fitness.
