The 42nd Occasional Doo Dah Parade was held in East Pasadena on November 24, 2019. The parades are composed of a bunch of wonderful oddballs and iconoclasts, cosplayer, Steam Punks, Revelers, Ravers, Role Players, and mischievious deviants.
Here are my best shots from this year's 42nd Occasional Pasadena Doo Dah Parade. I rode in the trolly and missed the Running of the Clown. But we all know clowns are lazy and they just didn't run enough. It was a joy to celebrate Kavita's birthday, we slipped in a few cocktails and enjoyed merry-making in general. Taquila Mockingbird arrived in grand style. Doo Dah Queen Jesselynn ruled the day with frivolity and good cheer. If you can imagine it you can be it at Pasadena Doo Dah Parade 2019! and the Parade goes on. It was a joyous celebration of the absurd and counter-culture as only Doo Dah can do it!
