So in my office at work, we have a staff meeting every Tuesday, and each of us is supposed to have a week where we lead a little devo before we move onto whatever the business of the day is. Perks of working at a Christian school, or something.

My boss has been pestering me to do it for a while since I’m Doing the Seminary Thing and they think I have Wise Thoughts to Impart. (Little do they know I spend all my time not at work or in class reading fanfic and browsing Tumblr.) And so, long story short, I’ve got this next Tuesday coming up.

Well, a) it’s gonna be two days after Easter, and b) I’ve been preparing a talk on the Paschal troparion for like three months just waiting for some poor soul to ask me to say a few words around Easter. Bless them, for they know not what they’ve done.

Basically, they’re never gonna ask me to do this again and it’s gonna be great.
