Otahuhu Food Festival Event Leader Tina Bonsu-Maro @tina_maro cuts such an arresting figure on the main street of Otahuhu that’s closed for the festival. She’s of African (Ghanaian)/Polynesian descent and best sums up the spirit of this festival. The Otahuhu Food Festival celebrates Auckland ethnic diversity through food. There are over 150 food stalls, the biggest street food event in Auckland. The festival convinces us we’re living in a very diverse and cosmopolitan city we call home. The food trucks and trucks are out in force and you can get a whole myraid of cuisines, from Polynesian to Maori, Lebanese, Asian and all manner of burgers & donuts + tropical drinks. @serialgrillernz @rukauhut17 @kaikwazine @chefsonwheels_01 @foodtrucknz The live music from the main stage hosted singers and bands belting out Pasifika beat and Reggae. #otahuhufoodfestival #otahuhu #foodtrucks #pasifikamusic #reggae #cosmopolitanauckland (at Otahuhu) https://www.instagram.com/p/B2-BZx_pGxT/?igshid=4q3e5kk8u3vv
