Tree Sparro! Shape is a bit off (the angle of the back), but... something something not conforming to society's expectations?
It's always really exciting seeing a bird that's like a common bird but a bit different and rarer (the black cheeks distinguish it from a house sparrow)

One of these things is not like the others... This photo gives a good view of a house sparrow next to a typical new-world sparrow. House sparrows have huge heads and chunky bills in comparison.
