She fell off her bed and kept going. As she fell (through azure skies and wispy clouds), winged creatures surrounded her, watching. It was a curious kind of watching, a patient waiting of sorts. The sky seemed to have no depths. She wasn’t plummeting through the sky; no, it was a graceful, floating fall. Eventually, she lay suspended in the air, held aloft by a cushion of wind. Above the azure skies, her breath slowed, then stopped. Soon, all that remained were her clothes rustling in the wind.

Yesterday and today were one of the saddest days I'd ever went through so far in life.

Dear WY,

Even though we weren't close, but somehow i feel really really acutely the sadness when I heard the news. During the service, I kept tearing up when I hear about how she is now and how she was loved by all her friends and family members. It was as though she never changed. From what I heard, she sounded exactly like the girl I knew when we were in school together - so caring, kind, lovely, sweet, gentle, demure, artistic... all to say the least.

Looking through those past primary school artwork of yours, some I actually remember/recognize when your mom showed them to us. Makes me remember not only how talented at art you were, but how I used to envy your handwriting and even tried to copy it once hehe (':

Halfway through the service I found myself thinking - it's way too early. It isn't right that you should go so early. 

I think no one feels more strongly about that than your parents.

I really give my utmost heartfelt condolences to your parents, sister, and family. They are so strong. They will continue to be. And I, will keep you in my memory always, somewhere hidden in a corner of my heart and mind, even as the years pass.

Am really sorry I can't go to see you one last time tomorrow.

It'll probably be one of my great regrets in life I suppose.
