Belevskaya pastila is a regional variety of Russian pastille, which has been produced in the city of Belev, Tula Region, since the end of the 19th century. It is prepared from the pulp of baked apples of the Antonovka variety whipped with sugar and egg white. The beginning of the production of Belevskaya marshmallow is associated with the name of the merchant Amvrosy Pavlovich Prokhorov, who in the 1870s invented a recipe for apple marshmallow and began to produce it at home.

Белёвская пастила-региональная разновидность русской пастилы, которую с конца XIX века производят в городе Белёве Тульской области. Готовится из взбитой с сахаром и яичным белком мякоти печёных яблок сорта антоновка. Начало производства белёвской пастилы связано с именем купца Амвросия Павловича Прохорова, который в 1870-е годы изобрёл рецепт яблочной пастилы и начал производить её в домашних условиях.
