yeah! its good to know phb stats(especially for gameplay stuff like size category) however i find that a lot of groups have their own internal 'flavor rules' for how races look; ie: editions go back and forth on lady dwarf beards, but imo, give ALL the ladies beards. I also tend to forget that halflings are a little smaller than gnomes on average(i always flip them around in my head?).

i think the only thing that has seriously bugged me is when people draw lieutenant hurley like, AT BEST maybe a foot shorter than her girlfriend, rather than the full size category difference (& there are plenty of totally understandable reasons to do that lmao i think the show only even mentions that she’s a halfling, like, twice, briefly, in passing)
