Hi, people who view my blog for resources. I wanted to reach out to you all about the previous anon. I never want to infringe on a celebrity who doesn't want to be used as a FC. I have searched and scoured blogs where there are lists of people who do not wish to be used as a FC including gifs. I would like to make a rule for this blog if you believe it has been stated that a person does not want to be used as a FC, then please, I must insist that you provide a source for this.
