Not sure how many folk, folkloric and t/Traditional w/Witches (upper and lowercase for both formal/lineaged paths and personal/ancestral paths) are in the #pathandpractice community, but I also co-run a Discord server specifically for traditional and folk/folkloric practitioners.

Blended paths (ex: working ancestral folk magic while following a Wiccan structure/religious path) are welcome. And we have channels for Jewish folk magic, Christian folk magic and syncretic folk magic. You can find the invite link and more info on @hagstoneandtoadsbone or DM me for a link.

Later than anticipated, but I got it set back up and reconfigured for Spirit Season.

I don't use the moon for much in magic aside from a reminder to do monthly tasks. Yesterday, I did my hair cleansing and anointing stuff. Today, I will be taking apart, physically cleaning, and cleansing my altar. I usually let the altar "rest" for a day before I put it back up, but my wife and I are in the process of decluttering and rearranging to my flats, so storage space is precious real estate here and I will have to adapt.

I also have ashes left over from a special incense that I use as the base for some of my ritual inks, powders and salts. I should probably also process that today. But we'll see what my chronic illness/fatigue allows me to do after my shower. ✌️
