Devirginizing my tumblr
~I've created this to link to my Twitter account @Vixenella. On there i'm all boobs and sluttasticness (I do what I want, shut up) Here I wanted to share some deeper thoughts. But don't worry, the dirty is never far behind. xoxo. ~
Do you ever feel as though you are going through a major cataclysmic event? While everyone is walking around completely unaware, you are on the precipice of discovering something great. It could be about yourself, it could be about a relationship or perhaps about work. Regardless of what others are doing or saying, you are lost in these thoughts until the dam breaks and the epiphany hits.
I adore those moments, especially when they hit at random times. I'm downward dogging and all of a sudden... there it is! I'm free of my rut and free of the clutter in my head. The problem (okay, let's be honest, I have a lot of problems) with me is that once I figure it out, I have to take action. Right fucking then.
That's what lead me to this particular place and time. I had signed up for a new Twitter account (a couple of years ago) as part of rediscovering myself. Not that I thought I would use it more than once or twice. Like a lot of you, I (thankfully) found that to be wrong. I found friends. I essentially found the family I've never had. Sad? Maybe. Awesome? Definitely! The ball kept rolling, finding more people through others I interact with.
On a daily basis I find inspiration through your words. Your friendship. Your support. I'm often brash and feel I don't fit in a lot of places. With my Twitter family, I can be myself. And in this world, that feels amazing.
The boxes we put ourselves in for others slowly start to kill off our true selves. I'm ready to break out of mine and yet again discover the incredible me I tend to hide from the world.
This blog is my new fresh start. I've learned a lot and have a lot to learn. I'm falling over the edge into unknown waters and I hope that you'll stick with me for the journey.
Until next time, this Sin City girl is off to find some more inspiration.
