anywho. ,,, his name is aleksei kozlov – a tired khatangher who dwells within the abattoir and spends most of his time bone scrying. he uses the messages he interprets to help his kinsfolk, though it's rare for him to ever leave his place of residence. in particular, he harbors a rather intense fear of the town.
