The Hiccup of my Farewell
I've made my stand; I’ll stray away.
In all my questioning, I've brought the darkness unto me.
And so I hold my stance, for this world in its warning presence; otherwise haunted by the.
Hold your ground; for the hiccup in your farewell could only keep you bound.
Excuse my tendencies; but I see her supernatural ways, spouting transcendent life
from thin air, through extraordinary terms; yet you focus and worry on the plastic.
She roars from the cliff; rapids ride the chute as if they see the calm springs ahead.
I cannot bare the half-hearted smiles; I clench at my soul for the passersby in automation.
For my word has been unheard; I must leave the masses disregarded…
Within the glorious heartache I sense a divine conviction; the will for all lies within the soul.
And so…I’ll be gone now; I’ve chosen to follow destiny, apt in forward.
In this divine light; how fiercely it shines to say, I’m no bag of bones.
