It’s been an amazing week getting to know my fellow ANCC Pathway Commissioners better, working on the standard revisions, and strategic planning! The Pathway Conference has been amazing 😉 with outstanding Keynotes! It was a great honor to present yesterday and to participate in a panel presentation this morning, as well as to moderate a great session on Inter-rater reliability with Pressure Injury scales and today’s Military-VA Brunch. #pathwaytoexcellence was a lot of fun. So glad to have spent the week with people from work I don't typically see a lot. A huge shout out to our great Renaissance Team who got their first designation to Pathway to Excellence! Hanging out with them and their DON was awesome. Friday was also great because we had our first Heigh-Ho Distinguished Leaders Pathway to Excellence lunch! It was my honor to meet and eat with these outstanding nurses from throughout WRNMMC.
