Peeta always had a hand full of friends in his life, but not many he could call true friends or tell anything deep too. Their were only two people in his life who filled those requirements, Delly and Madge. Both rather positive influences in his life that always made him feel happy no matter what had happened, with Delly he had known her since they were children but with Madge it came when he really needed an extra voice. After the games,he made the effort to visit her or to allow her to come over his manor. He just needed that happy face, and cheery voice and the fact they could talk about anything, even if she didn't fully understand his nightmares, it was enough for him to be happy.

               School. Malia wrinkled her nose at the very idea. Sure,  she'd passed math and everything,  but she wasn't exactly sure she could do that again.  And although her break up with Stiles had been good, she was gonna miss being able to think about sex with him instead of thinking about science. 

   Still, things in Beacon Hills had been peaceful    for a while now. After all the fighting when she    first became human again, it was nice to feel    settled. This was her home. And home, sadly,    meant school. She twisted at her locker in a    frustrated way before managing to get it open,    shoving her textbooks inside, along with her    color-coded highlighters. Maybe she could --

A scent, something new, stopped her train of thought. Humans smelled the same -- mostly like prey -- but pack smelled different. So did enemies. And this scent? Wasn't familiar.

   Malia followed her senses, ignoring the bustle    of freshmen and first day jitters. It wasn't easy,    because humans had a way of messing with    everything, but the scent was in the same hall,    and eventually it overwhelmed her. Turning,    she crossed the hall and stopped at a particular    locker. "Do you eat people?" She asked. It     seemed like a question that needed answering.    Then, frowning, she reconsidered. "Good people.    Scott says we don't eat people, but sometimes    I think maybe people deserve it."

Marasco had been in some seriously low places before, physically, mentally and emotionally.   He'd faced down the relentless Reavers of the cold north. He'd killed civilians during the riots that Katniss Everdeen's Victory Tour had sparked.  But this...this had to be the lowest of the low.  Where was he? Middle of damn-fucking-nowhere, District bloody 12...extracting the daughter of the mayor before the Capitol FIREBOMBED it.  What in the ever loving HELL. "Move it! Katniss was just back a few days ago, after winning the 74th Hunger Games together with Peeta Mellark. The girl was busy with moving to the Victor's village together with her mother and sister. Yet, Katniss was going hunting during the move. On her way back home, the brunette saw you walking from afar. "Madge!? "
