The low height rectangular wooden seat with curved legs is profusely carved with intricate geometric designs. It is made out of wood like teak or mango tree. It is used during marriage ceremony both by the bride and the groom. Family of the groom makes a pair of Patlo each for bride and groom. The Patlo is carried by the groom party during marriage procession to the marriage mandap at brides’ residence.
