So I ordered the limited edition @maccosmetics @patrickstarrr powder online via the MAC website. Long story, short: they lost the items and can’t resend me these powders because they’re sold out. They offered a refund; I said I don’t want a refund: I WANT MY @patrickstarrr POWDER!!!! I feel so cheated because I already paid for these items, but because #MAC still uses untrustworthy courier services like @ontrac_shipping (they literally signed off my package to someone else — so some other dude is enjoying my entire #PatrickStarrrForMac collection) I am left to suffer their inefficiencies. Sigh. I guess I will just have to settle with imagining how good they are. It’s hard when you pay good money for good stuff, but a flawed system just takes advantage of your trust. #OnTracSucksBigTime #ontrac
