Thank you for responding. Is it something with older patterns then? When you removed the infected one did it go back to normal?
You're welcome :)Sadly, it seems to affect all patterns converted from CAP, whether old or new :( It only affects converted patterns though - to solve the issue, remove all converted patterns from your game. Patterns originally created with TSR or Delphy's pattern tool are not affected at all. In case you have mixed them all together, you can actually peek into the pattern package files with s3pe to find out if they are CAP patterns or not. CAP patterns will always have three image files, a texture, a specular and a mask, whereas other patterns usually only have one texture file (in all cases, they do not have the mask file).I think having only a single converted pattern installed might work, but that's not very helpful I assume (who wants to settle for only one pattern). If/when I find a solution to this I'll post it asap! I'm not very hopeful though :/ you can still install the CAP patterns in sims3pack format though - that still works fine.
