The accommodation of individual diversity.
The human world is comprised of multiple nations. The nations have multiple regions. The regions have multiple cities and towns. The cities and towns have multiple neighbourhoods. The neighbourhoods have multiple households. The households have multiple individuals. The individuals have multiple feelings and aspirations. Every tier demonstrates diversity.
To ensure harmony, any system must be applied to this pattern of division, not the divisions themselves.
