#patton loses

umsympth patton au where remus was one of pattons kids, and managed to get away from patton when he grew up. him and deceit end up married. patton ends up finding away to get back in remus's life, promising to "be a better dad" and all that shit.(this might not make sense cuz my thoughts are going all over the place). eventually deceit and remus want to adopt a kid, and patton is all like "are you sure about this remus? its a big responsibility" and "i just dont think you can handle it, sweetie"

Remus or Deceit snap and go OFF on Patton about how he has no right to say that when he's been such a piss poor excuse of a father himself.

Prompt? Lo, Ro, and V view the dark sides as kids who need to be watched & Pat monitors them bc he’s the “dad side.” Pat forces them to practice doing things that go against their nature (ex. forcing Remus to only say “important” things) & the other light sides don’t know. 1 day Thomas goes into the mindspace w Lo/Ro/V & sees how Pat’s treating them. He scolds Ro, Lo, and V & yells at Pat & showers the dark sides in love. If you want to write it, def change whatever but um here I guess

"What are you doing?" Thomas asks, voice horrified as he looks in the scene before him. Deceit's mouth is be washed out with soap by a very determined Patton.

Remus is in the corner mumbling to himself. Patton looks up with a smile. "I'm just fixing them, don't worry! Poor Deceit thinks it okay to lie-"

At that Patton scrubs at Deceit's mouth again. "So we're seeing if we can wash that away."

Deceit looks up, tired. Hands gripping the edge of the sink and body shaking with the effort it takes to stay in place. Thomas storms over, pulling Patton away. "Go away! All of you! How could you do this?!"

He turns the sink on. "Here, Dee, rinse off your mouth. I'll get Remus and we're going to watch a Disney movie."

Virgil being stolen and abused by Patton who left a note for Dee and rem saying if they try to take him back he'd kill or tourture virgil, of course he tells V that the others gave him to Patton orbwhatever do v is bitter towards Dee and rem

Yes. God tier. I love it. YES.

Patton continues to send them threats and tells Virgil the opposite.

One day Dee and Rem appear in the commons and try to save Virgil

Virgil is infuriated and says they have no right after giving him away

They explain the situation

Virgil goes with them and they decide what to do with Patton.

Patton forcefully giving the sides negative emotions, such as making Logan lash out at the others, making Roman too anxious to create things, making Virgil feel unwanted, so that they'll go to him for help. But,, what if they find out about what he's doing?

The reaction is just. Horrified.

And outrage

They push Patton away and force him to stop

Take away his ability to manipulate emotions

In the aftermath they learn to deal without him interfering

The room has no windows, it has no doors, on the inside its completely barren. There’s just nothing... it’s exactly what Patton deserves. And yet, he still screams.

Hey um I’m not sure if this is annoying or not so sorry if it is but do you have any fic recs with u!patton that have a happy ending?
